The whistle was blown, the crowd found their voice early on and the tone was set for 90 minutes of electric football.
This was a re-match with Supporting Charities FC after Lawcris Tornadoes beat them 2-0 last year.
This time they had brought out the big guns with Ex-Leeds United footballer David Norris & Sanchez Payne. There were also some celebrity names brought into the side with Jay Kontzle & Jack Downham from Emmerdale.
It was an intense unrelenting battle between two dedicated teams. We saw some crunching challenges and darting runs being made.
The final whistle went and Supporting Charities managed to squeeze a goal past Lawcris Tornadoes to be crowned winners.
Away from the football we had some swing ball, circus entertainment, penalty shootout and much more going on.
Streetfood vendor Spitting Pig were there to supply us with some stunning food so nobody went hungry.
We always appreciate the opportunities to support St. Gemma's Hospice and the day was all about raising money for them with a day of fun for our employees and their families.
On the day we managed to raise an absolutely massive £3,009.68!
