Last week we unwrapped 27 brand new FLTs to replace our old fleet.
Our Forklifts operate 24/7 for 5 days a week to ensure we meet the demand of our challenging market across the U.K.
Having reliable machines to help deliver the best level of service is extremely important to us, so remaining with Mitsubishi after 5 years was a no brainer!
During the year we have also replaced a combination of 3.5 tonne vans, 12 tonne trucks, 26 tonne trucks and 44 tonne Artic Units and trailers.
This has been a significant investment. However, we believe it’s important to maintain the highest standard of service and delivery to our lovely customers, alongside looking after the environment.
Scania has featured strongly due to it’s impressive 9 litre engine on the 26 tonne vehicles, and the Euro 6 SUPER engines on the 44 tonne Artic Units offering 8% fuel savings via it’s super efficient 13 litre engine
Investing in our vehicles has always been important and when we return in January we hope they’ll all still have that new car smell intact.
