A gruelling 12K course littered with obstacles is in our path, it's a good job we have a brave team assembled for such an event.
We've got a group of 22 taking part on the 25th June but we could only muster the six above for an impromptu photo.
The obstacles won't be easy, with names like Death Valley, Human BBQ and Peaks of Pain.
As usual we will be raising money for St. Gemma's Hospice who are our charity partner.
We're aiming to raise as much money as possible and we'll keep you updated with our progress.
