This year Lawcris turned 40 years young!

We also wanted to reward our staff with a special day at York races to show them how proud we are of our workforce.

140 of us were guests at York Racecourse on Saturday 23rd July, the day was filled with chatter, horse racing and excellent food.

There were many winners and losers over the day but everyone enjoyed themselves with the perfect view of the racecourse.

Lawcris had humble beginnings way back in 1982 when the base of operations was a 2 up 2 down house in Wakefield.

We've had numerous homes since which you can read about on our about us page.

We had some special mentions for our longest serving staff, some of which have been here for 37 years+.

Once all the runners and riders had finished the day ended with a live set from the Sugababes!

As you can see from the gallery we had a brilliant day and we can't wait to get stuck into the next 40 years.
