Another addition to our CNC team is our brand new edgebander! It is the latest in edgebander machinery so we are now able to edge boards faster than previously possible.
The KAL 370 is a modern machine that has the ability to process almost any edging material. Solid Wood, Coil and Strip material, Melamine, PVC, ABS, Aluminium, Acrylic and Veneer can all be put through the edgebander with no issue.
With speed settings of 20, 25 and 30 m/minute we are able to be fast and efficient. The workpiece infeed systems enable efficient and precise feeding which helps to achieve perfect edge quality.
The PU glue system within the machine can be used for high-resistance, waterproof and heatproof glueing results on a polyurethane basis. With these different options, we can provide more glueing options than others.
