The grass can be greener and it can be teeming with creatures too!
In the not too distant future the roundabouts Lawcris sponsors will be home to plenty more creepy crawlies. Leeds City council have pledged to be carbon neutral by 2030 and a new initiative is seeing council managed spaces become a little more wild.
The last update to our signage was back in March 2021 which saw us be a little bolder with our Lawcris red.
Wild flower displays will be replacing the current season bedding displays. They will bring with them many more pollinators to help increase the biodiversity in the area.
We're really happy to see these spaces be transformed into miniature wildlife zones for bees, bugs and anything else that David Attenborough has done a documentary about.
