We had a tremendous day on Friday 17th May with our Bake Off. The event was in support of the Lord Mayor of Leeds' Just One Day campaign, all in aid of St. Gemma's Hospice.
There were a few shop-bought cakes as well as home-baked but they were all sold just the same for St. Gemma's. One of our staff members got their children involved to do some baking too!
